Between James Madison University, Virginia Tech, Liberty University, W&M had some intense competition. Races began with fog on the lake as our men and women N4+’s came barreling down the course, followed by our MV8+’s (the MVL8+ winning that race). VT’s MV8+ suffered damages that would cause them to race in the MN8+’s in which our novice men finished second (excluding the VT MV8+’s time). The WV8+ finished first in their race, as did the WV4+ B boat. Overall, it was a fantastic day for the Tribe, with the MV4+ (lwt) winning the cup for W&M as they crossed the finish line first.
