Congratulations are in order for every boat that raced! After a hard week of two-a-day practices the team made a stellar appearance at the Augusta Invitational at Langley Pond in Aiken, South Carolina. All six boats that entered into the races placed and walked away with medals. The Women’s Varsity Eight, the Women’s Varsity Four and the Men’s Lightweight Four all took first in their races. The Men’s Novice Eight, the Women’s Varsity Four and the Men’s Varsity Four all took third in their races. Unfortunately, William and Mary was just two points shy of winning the overall championship.
