The Varsity Men’s 8+ placed 7th out of 16 entries, managing to beat the men’s alumni boat that raced in the same category! The Alumni men came in close behind WMRC in 9th place. Congrats to the men to gathering such a strong showing of alumni support. The Novice Men’s 8+ finished 8th out of 15 entries, a great improvement form the beginning of the fall season.
The Varsity Women’s 8+ had an impressive race, finishing 7th out of 23 entries with a final time of 17:49.57. The team came in 11th (19:38.92) and 22nd (21:42.97) out of 29 in the Novice Women’s category. Two women’s 4’s also raced, finishing 6th (19:37.95) and 16th (21:04.03) out of 26 entries.
